EHM Senior Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead strategic efforts in our Shared Services Home Health Care division. As a nonprofit leader in senior care since 1879, we offer a values-driven workplace focused on quality care, compassion, and community service.
This position is eligible for a bonus structure based on census.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and strengthen relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and physicians.
- Implement strategies to grow our client base and increase referral volume.
- Promote Shared Services Home Health Care to healthcare professionals and community partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track business development progress and report on key metrics.
