Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and cultivate leads using various methods, including cold outreach, professional networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Establish and nurture enduring relationships with clients by delivering personalized, value-driven solutions.
  • Effectively present and advocate for our products and services, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Meet and surpass sales objectives by adeptly managing your sales pipeline and successfully closing transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clientele.
  • Remain informed about industry advancements, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in a Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or comparable role.
  • Strong grasp of the sales process and its dynamics, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of establishing and maintaining relationships with both clients and internal teams.
  • Self-driven, with a proactive mindset toward identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software and various sales tools.

Qualifications

  • A background in sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline is desirable.
