Full stack developer with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and ESRI GIS Mapping technology experience, 3 years in ESRI Javascript API

GIS based web & Cross-platform Qt application development, preferably with ArcGIS Maps SDK for Qt.
Fiber Planning, Design and Build experience
Telecommunication and telephony network experience
