This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and fostering collaboration to ensure successful project outcomes. With a focus on operational efficiency, and delivering measurable results, the Project Manager ensures that all initiatives align with the organizations values and strategic goals. Through thoughtful planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement, this position helps drive meaningful change and organizational growth.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
The Project Manager does not supervise anyone.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of mission-critical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to foster engagement and alignment.
Identify and mitigate risks to project success through proactive planning and problem-solving.
Track and report project progress, measuring impact and performance against established goals.
Maintain a focus on continuous improvement, adapting strategies to best serve community needs.
Serve as a champion for organizational values, promoting inclusivity, transparency, and accountability.
PERIODIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Help with creating buy-in from other key members of organization
Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet expectations
Serve on committees as assigned by President
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 4-year (Bachelors) degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field
5 years work-related experience along with;
Minimum of 2 years experience project management
PMP or CAPM preferred
