Full Time / Part Time Barista

• Sharetea Ann Arbor is now seeking full-time and part-time members to join our talented and diverse team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and drinks (boba, bubble tea, smoothies, etc.) to brand specifications
• Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items and drink preparation procedures
• Keep track of the inventory and communicate with the management
• Follow local health code regulations and safety procedures
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the workstation, back kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
• Punctual and consistent attendance

Required qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Professional attitude and sense of responsibility
• High standards for integrity/honesty
• Good organizational skills
• Able to multitask effectively under fast-paced work environment
• Able to perform job responsibilities independently as well as working as part of a team
