As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical support role within our Project Management Office (PMO) by assisting senior Project Managers with the execution of software implementation and conversion projects for credit unions. This role focuses on organization, administration, documentation, and communication to ensure projects stay on track.
This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid-remote position located at our office in Ft. Wayne, IN. For the right candidate, fully remote work is also an option. We can only consider remote employees who reside in one of the states listed below. The starting salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000.

- Assist Project Managers with scheduling, tracking, and documentation of software implementation and conversion projects.
- Maintain and update project plans, task lists, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and distribute status reports, meeting notes, and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings between project teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and follow-ups.
- Track and monitor project milestones, flagging potential risks or delays to Project Managers.
- Ensure all project-related documents, contracts, and approvals are properly organized and archived.
- Support in maintaining and improving project management tools and templates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between departments.
- Assist with internal process improvement efforts within the PMO.
- 1 years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, or support role (preferably in a software, credit union, banking, or financial services environment).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear and professional interactions.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Salesforce, JIRA, MS Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Wrike, Notion, Miro, and Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- An eagerness to learn from both experienced team members and newer colleagues, contributing to a culture of continuous knowledge sharing.
- A commitment to professional development and an enthusiasm for growing within the role through ongoing learning opportunities and expanding your skillset.
- Experience in financial services, credit unions, or SaaS software implementation.
- Understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, and Human-Centered Design.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
