• PTO
o 0-5 yrs- eligible to accrue up to 3.07696 vacation hours in each 2 week pay period. Max accrual is 80 hours in any 52 week period.
o Max at 100 hours
o After 5 years- Eligible to accrue up to 4.61536 vacation hours in each 2 week pay period.
Max at 120 hours in any 52 week period
o After 10 years- Eligible to accrue up to 6.15384 hours of cation in each 2 week pay period.
Max accrual is 160 hours in any 52 week period
Cap is 200 hours
o Additional Time Off-
We offer 2 floating PTO days for all active Exempt Team members to use
o Sick Pay-
40 hours sick pay per year upon hire date

• Is capable of training team members on all facets of the operation.
• Partner with the Director of Operations, Assistant Manager, Shift Leaders, and the support center team to accomplish company goals.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Controlling P&L. Planning, tracking, and managing budgets.
• Interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and developing Team Members.
• Managing proper inventory and staffing levels.
• Ensuring all Company food and operational safety policies are followed by all team members.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic math skills needed to calculate budgets, payroll, balance till and complete banking duties.
• Able to drive and hold a valid state driver’s license.
• Proven previous management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• Capable of projecting sales, evaluate budgets and analyze profit statements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an alcohol service permit.
• MUST be able to obtain lottery approval (Oregon only).
