Responsibilities
- Answering Phone Calls: Respond to inbound calls from hospitals, doctor's offices, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes.
- Introducing and Promoting Services: Actively introduce and promote the company's services to potential clients or partners during phone conversations.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional, and helpful support to callers.
- Communication: Demonstrate strong phone communication skills to effectively convey information and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaboration: Work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with a focus on being supportive and cooperative.
