Overview: We are seeking an Expo to join our team. As an Expo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and the front of house staff - Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented according to company standards - Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff - Monitor food quality and presentation before it is served to guests - Assist with food preparation and plating when needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo area - Collaborate with servers, bussing staff, and kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food to guests - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any guest concerns or inquiries Qualifications: - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with kitchen and front of house staff - Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Note: This is a paid position.
