Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic, passionate part-time Fitness Coaches to join our team. This role is perfect for those who love to motivate others, enjoy working within a supportive team, and are eager to be part of a mission-driven gym. Whether you're guiding a group class or providing one-on-one training, you'll play a crucial role in our members' fitness journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct group fitness classes with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Offer personal training sessions tailored to individual member needs (optional, based on qualifications).
- Engage with members to build a positive, supportive community environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including our paid internship program.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the member experience.
Qualifications:
- High energy and a positive attitude, with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Availability for 16-24 hours per week, including early mornings, midday, evenings, and weekends.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the fitness industry.
- Ready to participate in our onboarding/internship.
- Personal training or group fitness certification is a plus but not required.
- Experience in weightlifting, bootcamp, bodybuilding, gymnastics, or CrossFit is beneficial.
