What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Support / Post-Production position at Shark-Co Mfg?
Shark-Co is hiring a Full-Time Quality Control/Shipping & Receiving position.
The ideal candidate has the following attributes:
- Material flow knowledge: the ideal candidate will understand or come to learn the optimal methods of performing their job functions as a step in the process of material flowing from one step of the process to another.
- Shipping & Receiving: this role will be tasked with quality control of our finished products as well as packaging them to ship to the client, both for samples as well as finished products.
- Performs well in fast-paced environment: our machines are running 24 hours a day right now, and it is important that each day we accomplish the production goals. This may mean varied routines and expectations depending on the needs for the day.
- Willing to lend a hand to other departments when needed: As someone learns the Shark-Co way, we may ask them to experience other departments to best understand the full process and journey of our products. This individual may run machines, clean the manufacturing area, load / unload foam, and laser engrave.
- Strong attention to detail: As the quality control lead, this individual will be tasked with ensuring each finished product is as close to perfect as possible, with spacing, fitting tools, laser engraving, and edging are assessed and cleaned.

The position pays a competitive hourly rate and benefits that include Medical insurance and paid vacation time, with an opportunity to earn annual bonuses.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
