Overview
As an Account Executive, Client Services, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients and will work closely with them to understand their needs and provide solutions. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and retention, while also identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.
Minimum requirements & qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3 years of experience in client services or account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the advertising or marketing industry

Serves as the client lead

Embodies the confidence to work directly with clients and manage the procurement of client approvals, feedback, information, and details
