Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Organizing employees’ shifts.
- Oversee and maintain cleanliness of the salon.
- Oversee daily salon operations.
- Ongoing hiring and training licensed stylists, as needed.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Ability to work with kids.
