Responsibilities include:
- Strong stylist technical skills with ability to mentor and train - lead team by example.
- Ability and desire to style in addition to fulfilling Assistant Manager role.
- Promote Sharkeys to new customers and potential new team members.
- Assist Manager in hiring, training and retaining stylists.
- Provide exceptional client experience.
- Listen and communicate clearly with clients to deliver the highest level of service; happily make adjustments as requested.
- Educate clients on retail products that are best suited for their needs.
- Ability and desire to work with kids - playful, caring, patient, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of the salon.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere.
*Compensation is hourly plus tips.
Salary : $27 - $37
