With a built-in book of 11,000 clients and growing, we need an organized, friendly, and proactive Salon Coordinator to help keep things running smoothly.

What Youll Do :

You will assist the Salon Owner.

Manage employee scheduling in a fair, and business-optimized manner.

Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training.

Handle call-outs by adjusting schedules and assist in notifying affected clients.

Address customer inquiries and minor concerns with professionalism.

Assist with ensuring salon cleanliness and organization (inventory, supplies, tidiness).

Troubleshoot minor tech issues (POS system, scheduling software, phones).

Help ensure the salon runs efficiently so the owner can focus on growth!
