Senior Manager, Corporate Communications
Key Duties Include
- Own the storytelling strategy for corporate narratives around culture, corporate responsibility, community engagement, DEI, and sustainability; proactively seek opportunities to elevate SharkNinja’s profile, delivering highly engaging and disruptive communication plans across all channels and mediums.
- Be an "investigative reporter" to uncover and share stories that showcase SharkNinja’s extraordinary culture and talented innovators across the company.
- Develop compelling, consistent messaging for executives and senior leaders; driving thought leadership across channels, including executive LinkedIn profiles, speaking events, awards, and through media relations.
- Cultivate relationships with media and external partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Facilitate relevant media inquiries and conduct proactive outreach for owned narratives.
- Partner with Employer Brand to position SharkNinja as an employer of choice through storytelling across earned and owned channels.
- Manage SharkNinja’s corporate newsroom and social channels, overseeing an editorial calendar as well as drafting and publishing articles, press releases and other content.
- Monitor industry trends and news cycles, questioning convention to proactively identify opportunities for thought leadership and engagement.
- Collaborate with Internal Communications to integrate stories across internal channels.
- Craft talking points, video scripts, and social media content for senior leadership.
- Manage the process for vetting and pursuing speaking and award opportunities that align with supported narratives, ensuring alignment with SharkNinja’s objectives.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, suggesting optimizations for content and strategy.
