Note : this role is for a Spring (June to December 2024) Co-op or post-grad Internship

As a DEI co-op, you will play an integral role in helping support the Jobs & Opportunities, Education, and Well-Being pillars.

You will partner with the Head of DEI to implement strategies for building community partnerships, researching industry-standard methodologies, coordinating volunteering opportunities for employees, communicating internally and externally, etc.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do :

Partner with the Head of DEI to develop a framework for assessing new requests and investments

Build content to recruit employees, generate enthusiasm and update employees about DEI activities

Write, edit, and schedule communications for the company-wide DEI Global newsletter, internal communications platforms, corporate website, social media platforms, etc.

Serve as a resource for associates seeking to learn more about volunteering, donations, and other ways to become involved in Corporate Impact Investing efforts

Own the planning and execution of internal and external events

Research and present on what leading companies are doing to promote DEI & CSR in their organizations

Collaborate with the Communications, Sustainability, Digital, etc. to raise awareness, support initiatives, plan events and prepare communications

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS :

Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program

Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Strong project management and problem-solving skills

Highly detail-oriented and able to work autonomously

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion
