SharkNinja, a multi-billion dollar consumer products company, is seeking a VP, Chief of Staff & Key Initiatives for the global operations team. This role is a critical member of the Global Operations Leadership Team, driving business results by leading and supporting high impact supply chain and company initiatives.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do :
- Lead and / or support assigned high impact supply chain initiatives, partnering with leaders and team around the world. Areas of focus include driving best service at lowest cost, partnering with Order Management, Distribution & Fulfillment, Transportation, Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, New Product Flawless Execution, Customer Experience, Sustainability, Sales, and FP&A teams.
- Lead and / or support assigned high impact corporate initiatives that have ties to Global Operations, including those that drive service, cost savings, or topline growth; partnering with Commercial, FP&A, Product Development, Marketing, Legal, and People & Culture.
- Provide support to the EVP, Global Operations, including metrics and scorecard management and content development for standing reviews and meetings.
