A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LINE COOK
This full-time kitchen position typically works Monday through Friday evenings.
As our Line Cook, you man the grill, broiler, and deep fryer, putting out the delicious food that keeps our customers coming back for more. At the beginning of your shift, you make sure your stations are stocked and ready to go. As orders roll in, you prepare our fantastic dishes, cooking them to order and ensuring consistent quality.
Throughout your shift, you help keep the kitchen clean and organized while serving up food efficiently so that it always goes out to our customers hot and fresh. You work well with the other members of the kitchen team, communicating proactively and helping out as necessary so that our restaurant runs like a well-oiled machine. Your satisfaction comes from advancing your culinary career while serving delicious meals for our customers!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LINE COOK
- 6 months of professional kitchen experience on a grill or broiler
- Ability to adhere to all relevant food safety practices
