Pay Range : The pay range for this role is $31-34 per hour.
Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Position Overview
Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Brand Marketing Ambassador Coordinator (BMAC) will be responsible for coordinating and executing the Sharks Brand Ambassador Program, leveraging passionate advocates to connect with key growth audiences. This role will primarily oversee the recruitment, activation, and ongoing management of a team of 10 brand ambassadors who will represent the organization year-round at events, appearances, and through social media engagement. The role will also support Sharks Sports & Entertainment brand marketing initiatives to meet the market where they are. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives seamlessly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Program Coordination : Coordinate and support the Sharks Brand Ambassador Program to engage high school, college, and adult fans in meaningful ways.
- Ambassador Recruitment : Assist Marketing Manager with the recruitment, hiring, and training of 10 brand ambassadors to effectively represent the team at events, appearances, and on social media.
- Event Coordination : Schedule, plan, and oversee ambassador and other activations at in-person events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Messaging & Communication : Approve and manage messaging for ambassador engagements across social media, eMarketing, and digital platforms. Identify opportunities to showcase brand across all touchpoints.
- Content Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to align ambassador content with brand strategy.
- Advocate Outreach : Identify and contact potential advocates to initiate relationships with SSE (beyond the 10 paid brand ambassadors) (e.g. public figures)
- Cross-Functional Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external ambassador-related communications.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on ambassador effectiveness, engagement, and overall program success, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management : Assist in managing the program budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of activations.
- Content collection : collect content (photos / video / written stories / captions / recaps) to encapsulate activations.
- Other duties as assigned.
