Responsibilities:
The - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of POS systems and experience handling cash transactions
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to provide top-notch customer service
- Familiarity with retail math for calculating bills and making change
- Experience in catering or restaurant settings is a plus
