Your Role :
As a Compassionate Nursing Assistant, you will be essential in providing compassionate care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health, and providing emotional support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs for our residents
- Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Work with the nursing team to create tailored care plans
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents
