Position Overview :
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be essential in promoting the health and wellbeing of our residents. You'll administer nursing care, manage medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and oversee personalized care plans.
Your Responsibilities :
- Administer medications and treatment as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical histories.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement effective care plans.
- Provide wound care and other essential nursing interventions as required.
- Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations and protocols.
