Responsibilities:
- Lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents
- Oversee facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
Requirements:
To be successful as a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Valid state nursing license
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
