Job Summary

As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing direct and indirect patient support under the guidance of skilled RNs and physicians. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily activities, offering emotional support, and performing clinical procedures under the expert direction of a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with morning care routines, including bed baths, showers, and personal hygiene.
• Provide comfort to patients during evening care, administering face and hands washing, oral hygiene, and back rubs.
• Assist with positioning, lifting, turning, and using specialized equipment to enhance patient mobility and comfort.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent educational background is essential.
• Prioritize patient safety and quality of care with BLS certification required by the end of your orientation class.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of direct patient care experience, ensuring you're well-prepared for success in this per diem opportunity.
