Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to loss prevention, effective conflict management skills, and the ability to respond swiftly to emergencies. The Security Guard will monitor premises through CCTV and surveillance systems, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to ensure safety and security measures are in place.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
- Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Utilize surveillance equipment effectively to monitor activities within the premises.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies is highly desirable.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during long periods of monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
