Requirements
Veterinary Technician and Management Experience are a must!!
Can influence and hold people accountable to policies and procedures
Is confident speaking to partners, veterinarians, support staff, and our clients
Open to flexibility and change
Has general knowledge of financial reports
Understands the importance of budgets, P & L, Cost of Goods, labor, revenue, EBITDA
Able to support the staff with a work/life balance
Salary: $55,000-65,000k
