Location: Various locations across the Idaho, USA (On-Site)
Job Type: 1099 Contract/B2B with UK entity
Compensation: Flat rate per ticket (Includes travel & transportation)

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled HP Hardware & Printer Support Technicians for dispatch-based ticketed tasks across the U.S. If you have experience in troubleshooting and repairing HP laptops, desktops, tablets, and printers, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Hardware Break & Fix – Repair & Replacement

• Diagnose and repair HP laptops, desktops, and tablets
• Perform motherboard replacements, branding, cracked screen, audio, webcam, and battery repairs
• Repair HP Retail POS systems, cash drawers, and hardware

Printer Support – Troubleshooting & Maintenance

• Fix common printer issues such as paper jams, printer resets, and consumable/PM kit replacements
• Service HP DeskJet, OfficeJet, LaserJet Pro, Envy, and A4/A3 Series printers

Requirements:

Prior experience with HP hardware repairs & printer troubleshooting
Ability to travel on-site for scheduled service calls
Must have basic tools required for repairs
Strong communication and customer service skills

Additional Information:

Only HP devices (Laptops, PCs & Printers) are covered under this support
SLA Expectations:

• 98% Next Business Day (NBD): Mon-Fri (8 AM - 8 PM)
• 2% Same Business Day (SBD): Mon-Sun (8 AM - 8 PM)
• Average Ticket Duration: 60 minutes per task
• Flat Rate Pay: Includes all travel & transportation costs
