Summer Intern- IT support, Reporting/Analytics

Overview

Join our IT team as a Summer Intern and play a vital role in supporting our technological infrastructure while leveraging analytics to drive decision-making. This internship will focus on IT data analysis and reporting tasks to support the Supply Chain and create impactful reports that inform business operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis and reporting tasks for various IT projects.
• Support the IT team by:
• Documenting current processes and requirements related to data analytics and reporting.
• Identifying gaps in systems or processes and recommending possible solutions.
• Collaborating with team members to develop improved processes and system flows that address identified inefficiencies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and analytics teams, to ensure data accuracy and streamlined reporting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college as a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience or coursework in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python is preferred.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of databases and data management are also important.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and possibly Python are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts) and other Office tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to assess system gaps and recommend improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting processes, presenting findings, and collaborating with team members.
• Ability to work effectively with various departments to support IT and analytics-related projects.

Summer Internship Details

• Compensation: The hourly rate is $18/hr.
• Duration: The internship program spans approximately 10 weeks, running from June 2nd to August 15th, 2025.
• Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position, requiring interns to be in the office in Montvale, NJ, four days a week (Monday to Thursday), with Fridays designated for remote work at the manager's discretion.
• Transportation: Since the office location in Montvale, NJ, is not accessible by public transportation, interns must have reliable transportation.
• Housing: We do not provide housing or a housing stipend for interns.
• Work Visa: Unfortunately, we do not offer work visa sponsorship for this role, including participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
