Overview

Join our Supply Chain and Operations team as a Summer Intern and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of National Account Operations. You will work closely with team members across the department, contributing to critical activities such as building process flow mapping of existing national account operations and creating a reporting dashboard for state agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Document current Sharp National Account process, requirements from Bid to reporting and paying state agencies
  • List gaps either due to system or 3 rd party leasing company or dealers who don’t understand the process flow, requirements or program.
  • Create customer facing FAQ document for dealers and end users related to 3 rd party billing formats, cash application, aging, meter read and escalation process.
  • Work with IT to come up with a process and system flow that makes state reporting efficient
  • Create an internal dashboard that measures the effectiveness of timely state reporting, payment of state fees, and compliance with contracts
  • Identify and map dealer pain points as they relate to national contracts
  • Create Value mapping for internal op’s team as it relates to servicing national account contracts and dealer partners

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program; expecting BS degree in a Business Major; with Supply Chain a preference
  • Strong attention in detail
  • Ability to collaborate across internal functions and outside companies
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Summer Internship Details

  • Compensation: The hourly rate is $17/hr.
  • Duration: The internship program spans approximately 10 weeks, running from June 2nd to August 15th, 2025.
  • Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position, requiring interns to be in the office in Montvale, NJ, four days a week (Monday to Thursday), with Fridays designated for remote work at the manager's discretion.
  • Transportation: Since the office location in Montvale, NJ, is not accessible by public transportation, interns must have reliable transportation.
  • Housing: We do not provide housing or a housing stipend for interns.
  • Work Visa: Unfortunately, we do not offer work visa sponsorship for this role, including participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
