Annual Salary Range: $87,360 - $131,040
Locations: 3 offices in San Diego (Point Loma and Kearny Mesa)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead and manage the operations of several private practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our healthcare teams deliver the highest standards of care while also ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Accountable for daily operations, ensuring that patient care staff develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate/improve standards of practice and service priorities in line with our organizational goals.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Network with clinicians and staff to promote teamwork, departmental integration, and efficient resource utilization. Participate in organizational processes, task forces, and projects as required.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all practices are compliant with federal, state, and local requirements, with special emphasis on high-level disinfection processes.
- Staff Management: Determine the ideal staff mix for our clinics, oversee the recruitment process, and ensure that all staff are trained and competent.
- Budgeting & Finance: Plan and manage budgets pertaining to clinical staff and programs.
- Leadership Development: Provide guidance to direct reports and nurture leadership skills, communication abilities, and empowerment.
- Strategic Planning: Oversee the strategic planning for the clinical service line, ensuring that short and long-term goals are met.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and refine clinical processes and performance, promoting best practice models.
- Quality & Compliance: Design and implement strategies to maintain and enhance the delivery of medical care services, ensuring patient satisfaction and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Management or Nursing.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of medical office management experience required.
- Experience in managing multiple practice locations or larger teams is an asset.
- Proficiency with electronic practice management (EPM) and electronic medical records (EMR) is mandatory. (Preferably EPIC)
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, adherence guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, and mentor a team to ensure efficient and quality patient care.
- Additional certifications in healthcare management or related areas are a plus.
