Position Overview:

As a Mail Operations Specialist supporting our team, you will be responsible for sorting, processing, and distributing mail while assisting with basic administrative tasks to help our team achieve its goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate recipients.
• Prepare and process outgoing mail, including certified and priority mail.
• Assist with scanning, filing, and data entry tasks for the Revenue Cycle team.
• Maintain organization and tracking systems for mail and document management.
• Coordinate with external mailing and courier services.
• Provide general support to our team as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a clerical, mailroom, or administrative role is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
• Ability to lift mail trays and packages weighing up to 30 pounds.
