Responsibilities
- Post job advertisements for staff positions on various job boards, social media, and career pages.
- Screen resumes and applications, maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing timely updates and feedback to candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Maintain positive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR to enhance recruitment procedures and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (equivalent work experience considered).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment or HR support role.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
