Position Overview

The Vice President of Information Technology (VP of IT) serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic direction and operational oversight for all technology systems, services, and infrastructure. This leader will play a critical role in ensuring technology enables clinical excellence, operational efficiency, innovation, and compliance across a dynamic healthcare environment.

The VP of IT will oversee the enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, application development and support, vendor relationships, and team leadership. This role partners closely with stakeholders across the organization to align IT capabilities with strategic priorities and position the company for scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or M.S. in Information Systems) strongly preferred.
• Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO), PMP, CISSP, or other relevant credentials. (Preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT, including 5 years in senior leadership.
• Proven success leading large-scale IT initiatives in a healthcare setting, with experience in multi-site or multi-practice environments.
• In-depth knowledge of EHR/EMR systems, practice management platforms, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
