Job Description:
- Provide essential support for the Databricks platform and related cloud infrastructure
- Respond to user inquiries and perform initial troubleshooting of issues
- Escalate issues and collaborate with L2/L3 support teams
- Manage and document support tickets using Jira or ServiceNow
- Monitor systems and respond to alerts
- Provide essential technical support and guidance to users
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Teamwork skills and a collaborative attitude
- Knowledge or experience with the Databricks platform
- Experience using support ticket systems like Jira or ServiceNow
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Knowledge or experience with Azure DevOps
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
