A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking for a Mobile Tech Lead to be based in Torrance, CA. The position is HYBRID (minimum 3 days a week onsite). The contract's duration is 24 months with possible extension. *W2 only.
Job Description:
The Mobile Tech Lead will deliver exceptional support to develop meaningful digital experience and strengthen our customer experience. The Mobile Tech Lead will support all digital architecture, development, production support, and solutioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Development Efforts: Guide the mobile development team to ensure successful project delivery.
Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
Project Management: Coordinate with stakeholders to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices.
Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues and application problems.
Documentation: Prepare solution, design, and other documentation related to operation, and maintenance of the apps.
Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, business analysts, and software architects.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on mobile applications.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Swift, Kotlin, Objective C, or React Native. Knowledge of
mobile development frameworks and tools.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and mentor a team, manage project timelines, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.
