Job Title: Operations Clerk
Summary
An experienced Operations Clerk is sought to provide administrative support to our client's team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Kronos input for OT Shifts, Vacations, Set-up Codes, Shift Swaps, and Job Codes
- Respond to calls and emails from Operators regarding questions and complaints
- Coordinate Onboarding, Training Plans, Position Moves, and Shift Balance
- Print and distribute training materials to trainees
- Coordinate Training Plans, Progress Checks, Panel Reviews, and Testing for Onboarding and Cross Training
- Order non-warehouse supplies and office materials
- Verify Gate Punches, Missed Punches, and Timecard Signoffs (bi-weekly)
Weekly Tasks
- Pull OT Sign-ups from the field
- Pull OT needs from Asset Calendar, RD/SB, and Projects
- Review Vacation Calendar to ensure rules are being followed
- Coordinate Set-up Supervisor coverage
- Cover open shifts due to vacancies or vacations
- Schedule Training and Development Opportunities
- Post updates in the field and correct any issues found
