About the Job
This truck driver position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, drive local routes with consistent schedules, and enjoy excellent compensation and benefits. As a shuttle driver, you will be responsible for transporting dry vans between two Amazon facilities 30 miles apart, utilizing a short distance to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
- Must successfully pass DOT physical
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records
- No current CDL suspension or revocation
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to use handheld technology and smart phone applications such as GPS
- Must be flexible

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive starting pay of $24 per hour, along with benefits including paid time off, health and dental insurance, vision, and 401(k). Our drivers also have opportunities for additional shifts and overtime based on performance and reliability.
Location and Schedule
The job will be located in Fairless Hills, PA, and Florence, NJ, with consistent work all year round. The weekly schedule consists of 40 hours per week, four days at 10 hours each, with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime.
