We are looking for an experienced Apartment Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have Yardi experience, a strong background in leasing, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in overseeing all aspects of the apartment community, with more of a focus on leasing and financial management. Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all residents abide by the terms of their lease.
- Handle resident complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of apartments and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain accurate records of rent payments, leases, and other resident information.
- Enforce rules and regulations set by the property owner or management company.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and bookkeeping.
