Cleaner is responsible for hallways in buildings
Also laundry rooms in buildings
Clean vacant units to get ready to be rented
Clean restrooms
Clean the office
Trash removal
Wash windows
Maintain cleaning equipment
Stock supplies as needed
NYS drivers license, but not mandatory
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and climb stairs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
