Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, utilizing strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, prioritizing patient needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely documentation and communication with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of overall experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry or Med Surg.
- Previous travel experience is highly preferred but not required.
