Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Processor at Sharp Mortgages Inc in Jacksonville, FL. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for processing loans from start to finish. They will work closely with borrowers, lenders, and underwriters to ensure all loan documents are accurate and complete, and that loans are processed efficiently and in compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending experience
- Loan Processing experience of at least 5 years
- Ability to analyze income and financial documents
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in loan processing software
- Experience with FHA, VA, and conventional loan programs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Mortgage Loan Originators License is a plus
- Stellar customer service
- Must be a proactive problem-solver
