San Diego is family friendly, with a diverse geography delivering a multitude of housing options and top rated school districts.

Group has 19 outpatient clinic locations throughout San Diego.
SRSMG is a large, multi-specialty group that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care.
Group provides patients a full range of services across 20 different specialties in medicine.
All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1 : 1 Provider / MA ratio plus operations team.
Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication amongst group PCP’s & specialists.

Position Details :

Group is seeking an experienced NP / PA to join our Downtown clinic.

To be considered for the position candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years working full-time (as an NP / PA) in an outpatient primary care clinical setting.

Lab, radiology, and pharmacy on-site.

Specialties on-site : Allergy and Immunology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Family Medicine and Internal Medicine, Musculoskeletal Clinic, Neurology, Occupational Medicine, Ophthalmology, Optometry, Podiatry, and Urgent Care.

Hours are from 8am to 5pm, five days a week with one hour for lunch.

Provide additional patient access.

Assist with same day visits.

Assist with tasks coverage.

No after hour call / No inpatient work.

Annual starting salary for a new NP / PA graduate is $134,000 / year. The posted annual salary is the annual base compensation only. The amount does not include productivity, bonuses, or incentives. Compensation is subject to the individual department / division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.
