What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver Manager position at Sharp Transportation?
In 33 years of business, Sharp Transportation has grown from 1 building and a handful of trucks, to a nationwide operation with warehouses and offices throughout the western United States. We continue to run our operation from a small town in Northern Utah.
Our Wellsville office is in need of a well organized individual to Join our crew as a Driver Manager.
Duty's include:
- Being on the front-line of communication, helping drivers with any needs or questions they have.
- Tracking freight and drivers
- Assisting in the Monitoring, planning and dispatching of our OTR fleet (100 Drivers)
Qualifications:
-Must Be highly skilled in communication and able to stay level headed during intense situations.
-Organizational skills and ability to multi-task are crucial to your success
-Previous dispatching experience is preferred.
This is a full time position. Mon-Fri. Insurance and 401k matching available.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
