Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, managing sales strategies, and ensuring seamless communication between the marketing and sales teams. The role requires strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive initiatives that enhance both marketing performance and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns in alignment with sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies support sales objectives
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials and sales presentations
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns
  • Prepare reports on marketing performance and sales results for management
  • Manage and update the company’s CRM system to track customer interactions
  • Organize events and promotional activities to support sales efforts
  • Provide support for lead generation and nurturing initiatives

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess campaign performance
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
