Sharpe, a dealership of premium brands - BMW/MINI has an immediate opening for a dynamic team member to play a key role within our Service Department! We are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor. This is a full-time position that is responsible for helping to grow the Sharpe brand.

The Service Advisors are responsible to greet and assist customers over the phone and on computer promptly and courteously, obtaining customer and vehicle information.
Scheduling vehicles for service, ordering parts, answering any questions customers may have about services provided, write up repair orders and calls to customers for follow-up on their services. Strong use of computers and multitasking in a very fast paced environment is a must and excellent customer service and phone skills is required.
