Job Summary
Shasta Lanes is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team. Must be 21 years of age or older. As a vital part of our bowling center, you will contribute to creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. This role involves engaging with customers, ensuring the smooth operation of the lanes, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Ideal candidates should have a passion for customer service and a positive attitude.

Duties

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive, providing information about services and promotions.
• Monitor lane operations to ensure a seamless bowling experience for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bowling area, including lanes, seating, and restrooms.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.
• Assist in setting up bowling equipment and ensuring all amenities are functioning properly.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and support during busy periods.
• Promote special events, leagues, and tournaments to enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests of all ages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others succeed.
• Basic knowledge of bowling is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
