Job Description
As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist at Shasta Regional Medical Center, you will be responsible for performing high-complexity testing in hematology, chemistry, blood bank, and microbiology. You will work independently, using both manual and automated methods, to analyze patient samples and report accurate results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of one year's work experience in a clinical laboratory setting or completion of an approved internship training program.
- A Bachelor's Degree in biological science, chemical, physical, biological science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- A current and valid California State License as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (generalist).
