At Shasta Regional Medical Center, we are dedicated to providing patient-centered healthcare that meets the unique needs of each individual. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our OR Surgery department, you will work closely with the surgical team to deliver comprehensive peri-operative patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate care with the surgical team to ensure effective management of patient needs.
- Lead and guide OR Technicians and other personnel while maintaining regulatory compliance and participating in performance improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current ACLS (AHA) certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
- Preferred qualifications: CNOR Certification (AORN) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
