• Coordinate care with the surgical team to ensure cohesive patient management
• Provide leadership and guidance to OR staff, upholding the highest standards of professional nursing practice
• Engage in interdepartmental collaboration to enhance patient flow and continuum of care

• Participate in Performance Improvement initiatives and unit meetings

Qualifications:
- Current and valid state RN License
- BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
- ACLS (AHA) certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain current
- PALS (AHA) certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain current
- Minimum of one year previous Perioperative experience or on-the-job training
